We’re guessing you’re here because you’ve most likely run out of fresh content to plow through in Honkai: Star Rail now that the “Boulder Town Super League” event is spent and the relatively short main quest has reached a cliffhanger (whoops). Regardless, we’re all eagerly awaiting Honkai: Star Rail 1.1 or Update 1.1.
Because, more than anything, it will present new characters and an ever-expanding lineup of new content. More importantly, you’ll know whether to save your Stellar Jades or splurge it all for the glory of Big Daddy Jing Yuan if you know what to anticipate in Honkai: Star Rail 1.1.
So here’s an optimistic list of what you can expect in Honkai: Star Rail 1.1.
Silver Wolf is the next 5-star character for Phase 1 of the featured banner

The Kafka Krew is forming nicely with Silver Wolf as one of the first characters slated to become permanently playable (depending on your luck or wallet). The leak was unveiled by popular community leaker ‘Team China.’
If you can recall, she’s spearheaded the assault on the Herta Space Station along with Kafka, even setting up your Trailblazer character for conception. Now, she’s one of the rumored characters in Honkai: Star Rail 1.1.
As seen on Kickstarter, our brand new party game Gentle Jack is now available on Amazon. Check it out on Amazon →
Here are some notable details about Silver Wolf:
- The Nihility Path (meaning she’s likely a crowd control support like Welt)
- Quantum Damage (like Seele and Pela)
But some of you probably remember those already from her ‘demo’ in the game’s intro, along with her combat skills.
Luocha is the Phase 2 5-star character for the featured banner

Remember that blonde husbando that you get to trial during the Xianzhou Alliance mission arc? The one that carries a coffin that you wouldn’t mind locking your thirsty self into? Well, he’s up next once Silver Wolf’s three-week banner is up. At least, that’s according to the same leak.
Luocha is also going to be a healer, naturally, and if you’ve forgotten already, here are his most notable roles or element in combat:
- The Abundance Path (healers, like Baizhu and Natasha)
- Imaginary Damage (hooray, Welt’s not the only one anymore)
Naturally, you can expect the 5-star Light Cone banner to be his corresponding ideal item. The same goes for Silver Wolf.
Yukong will also be available

Apart from the featured 5-star characters, you can also expect some 4-star characters to be added to the permanent Warp roster, and the newer ones will have a “rate-up” effect where you have a higher chance of obtaining them in the featured Warp banner.
For now, the leaks confirm that 4-star character to be Yukong, who’s one of the leaders of the Xianzhou Alliance, along with Jing Yuan. If you can recall, she’s that strict woman who all but imprisoned the Astral Express expedition with the Xianzhou lockdown.
And for someone who has that kind of aesthetics and attire, you’d expect her to be a 5-star character, but the leak sadly puts her at only 4-star. While that could also change, it’s unlikely since there are already two stronger cases for 5-star characters in Honkai: Star Rail 1.1.
Besides, HoYoVerse is no stranger to downgrading what should have been a 5-star character into a 4-star one, like how they did Ningguang dirty in Genshin Impact. In any case, this is what Yukong’s role or lore Path is rumored to look like:
- The Harmony Path (meaning she could be a buffer, like Tingyun)
- Imaginary Damage
This is throwing a bone at players who still haven’t obtained Welt, as he’s currently (at the time of writing) the only character in Honkai: Star Rail. With Yukong as a rate-up and permanent addition, you’ll have more sources of Imaginary damage (AKA killing enemies with the Big Sad).
New events are on the way!

Every HoYoVerse fan will welcome these as they’re the most consistent opportunities for earning premium currency, Stellar Jade in this case.
1.0 was rightfully meek with the events, but Honkai: Star Rail 1.1 promises a deluge of events if the leaks and rumors are anything to go by. According to a leak source from Twitter which you should take with a grain (or even a bag) of salt, there could be six events in Honkai: Star Rail 1.1 and its six-week course.
Garden of Plenty
Garden of Plenty looks to be an event involving Golden and Crimson Calyx Dungeons. They could be similar to the double-rate event reward in Genshin Impact, where players get additional rewards on top of the standard Calyx Dungeon stuff.
Stellar Flare
It’s not clear what this even entails, but apparently, the most important thing is that it will reward you with Stellar Jades and even those handy Relic Remains for leveling up your Relics easily. Ascension materials look to be viable rewards as well. Either way, more stuff to do.
Planar Fissure
Planar Fissure is an event that’s connected to the Simulated Universe. This event will apparently grant double the Planar Ornament amount if they ever finish a Simulated Universe World or claim a reward in that gameplay segment.
Lab Assistant Position
This event will drop a side quest or Adventure Quest with the complementary Stallar Jade reward. It’s not clear what the quest will be, but along with the Stellar Jades, you’ll also get Credits, Trace level-up materials, and other resources.
Everwinter City
The Everwinter City event looks like the more usual standalone event that isn’t tied to dungeons or the Simulated Universe. It also involves a side quest and some kind of combat arena or domain where players are rewarded proportionally for how well they performed.
Starhunt Game
Starhunt Game event is one that involves Silver Wolf, and it’s also not clear what kind of event archetype this will be though it still promises a generous serving of Stellar Jades and Ascension materials, along with other resources.
Bear in mind that these are just leaks, and they may still change depending on HoYoVerse’s whims. After all, they’ve been known for being averse to leaks in the past, and it wouldn’t be too far-fetched for them to change some stuff up in the last minute to combat leaks or misdirect leakers.
So again, take these leaks with a grain of salt. In fact, take the whole salt mine if you want.
