Bela

Unlike her sisters, who view the battle with Ethan as a fight for survival, Daniela appears to approach it as a twisted game.
Lady Dimetrescu’s daughters may not be her biological daughters
While Lady Dimetrescu clearly holds a weird soft spot for her three daughters, they’re not really her biological daughters and they’re not exactly human (or formerly human) at all. Lady Dimitrescu and Mother Miranda summoned three women, believed to be villagers, into Castle Dimitrescu. Unbeknownst to these unsuspecting guests, this visit would prove to be their fateful undoing.
The formidable leaders of the village incapacitated their visitors, subsequently infecting them with the Cadou parasite, which then proceeded to implant eggs within each individual. In due course, these eggs hatched, giving rise to shapeshifting blowflies that gradually consumed the bodies of the unfortunate women.
While it appeared to be the demise of these three villagers, it marked the inception of Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela Dimitrescu. During the harvesting process by the flies, they assimilated the DNA of each woman, enabling the insects to amalgamate and form three nearly flawless replicas of the recently consumed humans. Upon witnessing the transformation of the trio’s bodies, Dimitrescu welcomed them into her fold, and the four-member family embarked on a gruesome journey of flesh-eating, blood-drinking, and instilling terror among the inhabitants of Castle Dimitrescu.
