As is tradition with all Souls games, Elden Ring has that one character stat that seems underrated but then turns out to be overpowered with the right weapons. That would be the case for the Arcane stat. The best Arcane weapons in Elden Ring will ensure that you don’t regret dumping your Runes into Arcane.
As it is, Arcane weapons in Elden Ring can enable one of the most powerful build archetypes in the game, which is Bleed. And when it comes to Bleed builds or off-meta Arcane builds, you can count on the following Arcane weapons we’ll be recommending to ensure that you don’t embarrass yourself and your maiden in the Lands Between.
Varre’s Bouquet

It’s actually not a bouquet; Varre’s Bouquet is a hammer with moderate damage, and it truly shines with its bleed build-up capabilities.
It scales most significantly from your arcane stat and moderately from dexterity. The unique skill, Blood Tax, is where it stands out. This ability lets you heal from the damage you deal with and rapidly increases the target’s bleed build-up if you hit often and fast enough.
The only problem with this weapon is the rather short-range though that’s easily forgiven by its cosplay potential.
Regalia Of Eochaid

The Regalia Of Eochaid is a versatile weapon for those who don’t mind splitting their damage types.
It scales equally from your arcane and dexterity stats. The unique skill, Eochaid’s Dancing Blade, involves suspending the blade while it spins, penetrating the target. It’s a great alternative to the Marais Executioner Sword, though the lack of bleed makes it a bit of a niche weapon.
Marais Executioner’s Sword

It’s the Regalia of Eochaid’s bigger brother. The Marais Executioner’s Sword is also unique in its category, offering a blend of physical and magic damage.
To wield this sword effectively, you’ll require a high arcane stat, along with strength, so it might not be the best for following the meta.
Still, its unique skill, Eochaid’s Dancing Blade, adds to its appeal, allowing you to throw the weapon, spin it midair, and pull it back, delivering considerable damage, a good range, and a visually stunning effect.

With the right Talismans and the right buffs, you can make a build around this weapon. However, the unique skill might leave you a little too vulnerable.
Eleonora’s Poleblade

Eleonora’s Poleblade is quite the handful as far as Arcane weapons in Elden Ring go.
It’s a weapon that inflicts physical damage, fire damage, and causes a bleed build-up. That last one is really all you need because building it for fire damage is not ideal.
The unique skill, Bloodblade Dance, allows you to jump at your target and launch a whirlwind of attacks. Press more attack buttons, and you can jump back to a safe distance. Just be careful waving this thing around, as the combo animations can leave you open to attacks and reprisals.
Bloody Helice

One of the more underrated Bleed-build weapons, the Bloody Helice is designed for delivering rapid and substantial damage to single targets.
The unique skill, Dynast’s Finesse, is perfect for quick and agile playstyles when you’re not cornered. This skill begins with a backward dodge, followed by a forward lunge, enabling you to dodge incoming attacks or close the distance between you and your foes.
That’s quite convenient for boss fights, as they tend to jump around and make you waste your attack opportunities. We did mention that it’s not really great against multiple enemies since it’s a thrusting weapon, so do be wary of that limitation.
Morgott’s Cursed Sword

Morgott’s Cursed Sword is Morgott, the Omen King’s signature weapon, and you can obtain it after defeating him through Enia.
It boasts a high base damage for a status effect weapon, something rare in Elden Ring.
Its unique skill, Cursed-Blood Slice, creates a trail of blood in the air that ignites with fire, causing damage to nearby enemies. The effect is delayed, so you will need to time it, and the weapon needs a more experienced wielder.
Still, this giant CS: GO knife is one of the most stylish Arcane and bleed weapons in the game, and it should be one of your automatic trades with Enia.
Dragon Communion Seal

The Dragon Communion Seal plays a crucial role in enhancing Arcane-Faith builds.
It allows you to cast some odd incantations and provides a bonus to Dragon Communion spells, all of which rely on and scale from your arcane stat.
It primarily scales from your arcane stat, though being a Sacred Seal, it’s also an ideal choice for Faith/Arcane hybrid builds. Dragon Communion spells deliver high damage and offer additional bonuses when cast using this hand seal, providing a significant advantage in both PvE and PvP battles.
Reduvia

Reduvia is one of the most potent sources of bleed build-up in the game, and you can easily obtain it from the start. Its rapid attack speed quickly accumulates the bleed build-up, and the ranged move helps a lot.
This weapon’s unique skill, Reduvia Blood Blade, propels blades of blood a short distance in front of the caster, causing bleed buildup and ranged damage. In PVP, this can catch some inexperienced opponents off-guard, and in boss fights, you can even use the ranged attack in a bind.
Mohgwyn’s Sacred Spear

Mohgwyn’s Sacred Spear is the longest greatspear in the game, granting you extended reach, which, for melee builds, is a godsend.
The Arcane stat boosts both the physical and fire damage from this weapon while also adding a bleed build-up effect, similar to Eleonora’s Poleblade.
Its unique skill, Bloodboon Ritual, unleashes a wide AOE attack that deals fire damage and causes blood buildup. This AOE attack is particularly useful for PvP encounters and boss fights with large, tough, and lumbering enemies, as it inflicts high damage and forces enemies hiding behind barriers to take substantial damage and suffer increased bleed buildup.
Rivers of Blood

Finally, here’s the bleed and Arcane weapon that made PVP in Elden Ring hell for months before it got nerfed. Make no mistake, it’s still a great weapon both for PVP and PVE.
This weapon deals an equal amount of fire and physical damage as well, with scaling based on your Arcane stat.
Its quick attacks, coupled with an added bleed effect, can quickly dispatch single enemies or small groups. The unique skill, Corpse Piler, coats the weapon in blood, swinging it in a cross pattern in front of the user, allowing multiple hits. This helps a lot in building up bleed.
That means Rivers of Blood is just awesome for any encounter. Moreover, it’s one of the coolest-looking and edgiest weapons in the game; you should pass up an opportunity to wield this one.
